Daphne Kwon is the President & COO of betaworks Studios. Prior to joining betaworks, Daphne was a three-time founder, having shepherded seed-stage companies including Oxygen Media ($1 bil acquisition by NBC/Universal), goop (Gwyneth Paltrow lifestyle site), and as CEO of her own VC-backed digital ad tech company gen.video.  In her corporate life, Daphne was responsible for business planning at The Walt Disney Company’s strategic planning department (LA) and in the Disney/ABC cable division (NY), and as a financial M&A analyst at Morgan Stanley. Daphne holds degrees from the Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan.
