Ryan Williams is the president and cofounder of Jopwell, the leading career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals. Prior to founding Jopwell, Ryan worked as an analyst in foreign exchange sales at Goldman Sachs, on the same trading floor as cofounder Porter Braswell. Together, Ryan and Porter created Jopwell and developed it into an essential resource that creates connections between its community and partner employers. Jopwell partners with more than 70 of America’s leading companies, including Airbnb, BlackRock, Pinterest, the NBA, Condé Nast, and Pfizer, among others. Ryan was also featured on Forbes’ 2018 list of “30 Under 30,” Fast Company’s 2017 list of “100 Most Creative People in Business” and Inc. Magazine’s 2016 list of “30 Under 30”. He has been a featured speaker at NABA, Inc. events, the Peer 150 Human Resources NY Roadshow, the DISC Sports Diversity & Inclusion Symposium and the Fast Company Innovation Festival, among others. Ryan earned his degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
